About Matt: Matt is the Director of Performance for Adamas Esports where he provides mental and physical performance support and mentorship to athletes, coaches, and teams. He spent the majority of his career in the traditional sports world as a strength and conditioning coach and mental performance consultant before deciding to pursue two of his other passions, gaming, and mental health. Matt believes that a holistic approach to mental and physical wellness creates the foundation for mental and physical performance. He’s had the privilege of supporting teams and athletes in Overwatch, Call of Duty, Valorant, LOL, Rainbow 6 Siege, Dota 2, PUBG, FIFA, and World of Warcraft
