About Dre Ascano: “I was hired into the account management team for ICON as an Account Coordinator. Even though my main responsibilities at ICON has been in account management, I also have a role in the talent team and brand partnerships. Bringing on talent with a "gaming+" audience and closing deals as well. My background and experience previous to ICON however, has been in video production for In The Lab (basketball YouTube channel). As ITL started to grow, some of my responsibilities shifted from production into activation execution/talent management. I then used this experience to land a position within the esports/gaming industry. My story on how I got here is rather interesting and definitely something many could relate to.”
